Begin with a warm welcome at Colombo Airport and explore the ancient wonders of Dambulla and the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Choose to unwind in the cultural city of Kandy or Dambulla before heading to the cool hill country of Nuwara Eliya via Kandy, with visits to the Temple of the Tooth, Peradeniya Botanical Garden, and lush tea plantations. Enjoy a nature trek at Horton Plains and continue to Kitulgala for thrilling water adventures and eco-experiences. Conclude your trip with a visit to the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage and relax in the coastal town of Negombo before departing from Colombo. This tour offers a perfect blend of history, culture, nature, and adventure.

Day 1 – Colombo Airport - Arrival – Dambulla – Sigiriya – Dambulla or Kandy

Dambulla or Sigiriya - Approximate travel time 4.00 hrs. Distance 160 kms.

Kandy via Dambulla/Sigiriya - Approximate travel time 6.00 hrs. Distance 240 kms.

* Meet and greet at the Colombo airport (BIA) and start your journey, on this day you have the option of visiting either Dambulla or Sigiriya rock fortress or both if you wish to. On completion either you can stay in Dambulla or Drive to Kandy for stay overnight. 

* Overnight stay at hotel in Dambulla or Kandy

Day 2 – Dambulla or Kandy – Nuwara Eliya

Dambulla to Nuwara Eliya - Approximate travel time 4.00 hrs. Distance 160 kms.

Kandy to Nuwara Eliya - Approximate travel time 2.00 hrs. Distance 80 kms. 

* Start journey from Dambulla or Kandy, Visit the Temple of the tooth, Peradeniya royal botanical Garden and then proceed to Nuwara Eliya, on route visit beautiful tea gardens and witness how world-famous tea has produced whilst enjoying a good cup of Ceylon finest tea. Upon reaching Nuwara Eliya you are free to walk and explore “The Little England”.

* Overnight in Nuwara Eliya.  

Day 3 – Nuwara Eliya – Horton Plains - Kitulgala

Approximate travel time 4.5 hrs. Distance 130 kms.

* Leave Nuwara Eliya for Horton Plains, Visit Horton Plains and on completion drive to Kitulgala. On reaching Kitulgala you have the option of doing water rafting, many sports adventure, water activities, Trekking, Bird watching or visiting pre historic cave in Belilena. 

* Overnight in Kitulgala.

Day 4 – Kitulgala – Pinnawala - Negombo

Approximate travel time 5.00 hrs. Distance 170 kms.

* Leave hotel in Kitulgala for Pinnawala, this is where you have the option of doing elephant rides, taking elephant to bath. And visit Pinnawala elephant orphanage and once completed proceed to Negombo.

* Overnight in Negombo.

Day 5 – Negombo – Colombo Airport (BIA) – Departure.

Approximate travel time 0.30 hrs. Distance 20 kms.
* Leave Negombo depending on your flight time and to reach the airport 3.00 hrs. before your departure flight.

* Drop you off and end of the tour.
